I bought a Groupon for a certain type of health/ spa. Tried to make the appt Adcwas told this what not what I thought I purchased But merely a cosultation. When I went to get ahold of Groupon stating I wanted a refund I could only email them. It took days. Back and forth emails. Now they say to late to get refund. Errrr!!

Can't use my groupn

They pawned me off to a third party answer me or some other entity who were useless and just gave me a bunch of Jacob that they could have gotten off the internet which was not specific to what my issue was at all.

User's recommendation: When buying something complicated where there are multiple steps in order to redeem your coupon think twice. But the problem is Groupon does not tell you this in advance and leaves you hanging with no customer support

Never spoke to Cust. Service- Toll free # just hang up in your ear! When I did contact someone by text, they asked for a Visa to PAY them if I wanted to speak to a live person, which is totally unacceptable. I would like a full refund, as will be deleting this app never to use them again, too much of a headache and the Audacity of them to ask the customer for payment for doing a job they're obviously being paid to do. I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR FLOHOLISTIC FOR LIKE $60. THEN I SPOKE TO A GROUPON AGENT THAT SAID IT WOULD SERVE AS A CREDIT ON MY NEXT PURCHASE. WHEN I MADE MY NEXT PURCHASE IT WASNT DEDUCTED AND I WAS OVERCHARGED ONCE AGAIN!! THIS TIME A WHOPPING $98. BOTH TIMES THE APP SIGNED ME UP FOR THE WRONG ITEM.

Want to return an item and be refunded

I ordered a desk from Groupon which Id like to return and be refunded for. I cant find out how to do that; cant talk to anyone. There was no packing slip with the item, nor did I receive a confirmation that my order went through and I would be receiving it.
