Im not able to access my account. According to Groupon there is no account with my email address. Ive had the app for many years and furthermore have $200+ in Groupon bucks due to their practice to not provide cash refunds. Customer service is unable to understand the issue.. my problem is unrelated to a purchase, debit card, PayPal etc. if I dont have an account why do I receive messages to use my bucks?v see attached. Im also a pissed consumer.

I purchased two Groupons for Sam's Club and when they sent me the code and the website to use it so I can make purchases online I did so and it said invalid do not accept and so I tried to get in touc

So so I made the purchase on March 18th or 2023 and went to use it at Sam's Club and it revoked me I called Sam's Club because I did the online registration I did everything that I was supposed to do and it's still rejected the code that Groupon gave me so I called Groupon they told me I had to call Sam's Club cuz Sam's Club they told me I had to call Groupon and I'm out of $40 for two Groupons to Sam's Club it haven't heard nothing from anybody so I'm out of $40

I’m having an anxiety attack and wasted 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back trying to talk to customer service for 20.00

This is the worst customer service to try and speak to a live rep. They never sent the promo code. They send a link to reset your password. I click on it immediately and its telling me its expired. Ive use live chat and got the call dropped. Also I will never use Groupon again for anything. Im still fighting to get my $20 back the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my lifetime dont do it.!!!

The number provided here when answered says they have phased out phone service and to chat or email. Email was a 48 hour turn around and chat never responded. The event came and went before I heard anything from Groupon! The offered to sell me a ticket for the event yesterday at the Groupon rate, even though it was 72 hours after the ballet ended!
