But the past two weeks I have been going back-and-forth with the merchant and Groupon about a service I did not receive that. I canceled my appointment and the voucher was redeemed anyway for $57.
I have reached out to the merchant four times she never called me back finally when I spoke with her yesterday she was extremely rude told me that I better not come to her establishment for any refunds unless I paid her a $25 fee to come into her office and she couldve never redeemed a voucher without me in her office. I have never been to that office. I dont know where it is when I had my appointment I canceled it, the voucher was redeemed August 21. My appointment was August 22.
I canceled my appointment as per policy on her website. I have been going back and forth with Groupon through Chatan email for two weeks. Getting nowhere the merchant has sent a message to Groupon lying saying that I intimidated her and then I was gonna come up to her office and cause a lot of problems, which is a total incomplete lie. I have a text message from her saying that if I came to her establishment for my money back, she was calling the police , so shes totally in completely lying and Im sure Im not the first customer shes stole from.
I want a manager a supervisor a CEO, CFO, vice president president the owner of Groupon somebody needs to return my call.
This has been a two week fight and I am getting nowhere now Groupon is responsible for their merchants that they hold an advertise on their website and this woman is a thief and she is very very rude. I have been using Groupon for over 10 years and I have never experienced this in my life .
