Like their deals, Hate their lack of customer service and HIDING from the customer antics. Difficult to buy multiple purchases as one transaction and where is the obvious prompt to enter the code for a savings!!!!

Groupon - Customer "service" is abysmal

I just spent two hours - yes 120 minutes - trying to enroll in Groupon Plus. All I got from the app were error messages that there was a "problem" in the enrollment process. Really? There is no longer a phone number to call a live person. GGGRRR!! Then, out of 2 Live Chats and 4 phone calls back, only CSR #6 made a good faith effort to help. All others basically blew me off with generic form responses that did not attempt to diagnose the problem. This shows that Groupon is unwilling to pay for competent help. SHAME on these cheap bastards who don't give a damn about the customer. I was even lectured by the incompetent CSRs for my attitude! Finally, the error was found in the Groupon computer records. This drawn-out horrible experience ruined my day.

Groupon - Fight2fitness.net

I bought 30 health fitness classes at $20.00 twice. Great deal until you try to register for the classes you want. Then you follow their directions and try to redeem your voucher, you send an email to them requesting help on registering. Someone sends you an email, this email refers you back to the website, you try to book a class, it looks like you booked the class and then when you want to review the classes that you booked your cart is empty. I have never heard of this before. You cannot speak to a live person. And all you get is there is 4 locations to choose from but you cant register for none of them and you cannot walk-in the class. This is a shame..

Groupon will not accept me as a Merchant, unless I work for them for 210 days (for 10h per day) for free. As a microblading artist, I've been imposed a Merchant contract to sell 600 vouchers to Groupon customers (equivalent to 2,100 hours of work) to be paid £50 per voucher, which barely covers the costs of my business. Each voucher is equivalent to 4h of work. This was my only option if I wanted to advertise with Groupon, no chance of negotiation. Naturally, I did not sign the contract. For me this is only one more example of modern slavery. Angry

Groupon in Rochester, New Hampshire - My experience was the worst the advertisment was false the hotel was small had no window the staff was rude and kept making me call back over and over again i gave a deposit for the room which was not

my room was not what was advertised it was a 13, by 15, room with no window I did not want the room when I entered I wanted my money back but they said I cant get a refund which if you seen the room you would probably feel disrespected It was not fair that anyone would haveto be subjected to trying to have a good time I drove from Connecticut to new York and was mislead and my deposit still hasn't been returned and its been almost a week I know groupon works for some but I wasn't one of them I deserve a refund just for the false advertisement and very poor customer service and I cant not let this be its totally unfair to me the customer hopefully this issue can be resolved the shocard hotel in time square is a fake stay away

Same thing happened to me. They charged me for two items I never authorized...

two of the same items! Then CS from India pretends to care with template IM answers. First they steal, then they lie about caring. Lesson learned hard way($490).

Don’t ever use Groupon!

Scam artists. Can’t believe it’s not against the law.
