l bought a Groupon voucher for Bellage Cosmetics-Red Carpet facial (originally valued @ 250.00) for $85. l called the receptionist twice two days in a roll.

She let it goes to voicemail and only text back to me a day later. l asked to speak with her instead of texting about the facial appt, but she refused and start taking longer to text back. So l texted and said l hope its not a robot that gonna service my facial... She then texted back and asked me to go ahead and do a refund with Groupon!

l texted back and said l will and thank her for such a 'good personal touch experience!' Groupon did credit me back the amount l paid and l did bought another company's facial but really feel they are not providing quality service... Do not ever buy any package from this company...they made me feel like an *** instead of what they advertised - 'Red Carpet' service!
