Groupon - Can't login due to their problem; No customer support; Are they hacked?

I got an email saying my account has some problem; so reset password. Nothing works.
I have a groupn pending and unable to access.
There is not customer support here. Stupid.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Naw, they're not hacked. They're thieves.
If you want to know the extent of the problem, do like I am and read ALL the complaints. You'll never do Groupon again: I GUARANTEE.
Who did you get the email from? Groupon or someone claiming to be them. If you followed a link in the email and then reset your password, etc., then your account has been hacked.
I didn't follow any links in the email. I noticed they are fake.
Email came from notify@***.groupon.com. Since I saw the email I tried to login and boom... It was already locked.
How do I get my access back now? Any idea or suggestion?
