On October 27th I bought 2 promotions from the Anew clinic. 50 Dysport points and a Restylane syringe.

After I finished my procedures, I was charged an additional $227, the claim was that she had applied 90 disport points and was charging the fee that the Groupon did not charge. Previously I had purchased a promotion on the Groupon that totaled 40 dysport points at another specialist, it was enough and still left. I am a relatively young woman 42 years old and 90 points would not be necessary, I felt extremely injured because I did not count her applying it 90 times and for the reason she did not look me in the eye when I ask some questions. Plus the attendant did not give the receipt.

I see some people complaining about the clinic. I asked the Groupon for help they told me to call the clinic. I did and they didn't answer.

The Groupon is accessory in the problem. I expect receive my cash back.

Product or Service Mentioned: Groupon Deal.

Monetary Loss: $227.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Groupon Pros: To me im very desapone.

Groupon Cons: Difficult to speak with someone, Lousy customer service, No resolution, No refund.
