Made a purchase for [PERSON_NAME] [PERSON_NAME] on my baby's birthday and never received it. I ordered the [PERSON_NAME] [PERSON_NAME], paid for it, and it wasn't there.
I didn't receive any coupon or anything to verify that I paid for it.
All I got is my bank statement and this picture that I just sent y'all. I want my money back or I won't when I purchased.

Yes, you automatically charged me for an item today that I did not give my full approval for. I wanted to view all the charges for the item, but it automatically charged me.
I don't think that's fair. I should've been able to look at every detail of the charge, but you automatically took my payment. And I would like credit for it. Your chat box said I could not because the item was nonrefundable.
I should be given at least an hour to 24 hours to change my mind even though it says it is nonrefundable. I don't think that's acceptable.

User's recommendation: Don’t add your credit card in for automatic payments. Do it each time so you can make sure all the charges and the item you want is correctly charged.

I paid for a coupon. Its BJs membership Afro paid for it.

- They updated my room hours just before it was too late to change.
- I was put on hold and escalated, with a response at 6:30 after starting at 3:30.
I was told they updated my info for my room hours before it would be too late to change it. I kept getting put on hold and escalated.
I did not get a response until 6:30 when I started speaking with them at 3:30! And this is what I was told!

- Long-time customer upset by a dress-code policy while seeking a cheap family vacation.
Every ride I tried to get on refused to let me on due to my shorts being hazardous material. I've been a customer for too long to be dealing with a situation such as this.
When all I'm trying to do is have a nice cheap vacation with my family, I'm very angry about this and highly upset. The dress code is extremely ridiculous and unacceptable.

- Groupon issued a nonusable coupon code; bought another coupon totaling $140 and still waiting.
Purchased a coupon for a jiffy lube oil change. Four days later all oil was gone from engine and no refund has been issued from either party instead of Groupon refunding me they gave me a coupon code that could not be used resulting in me purchasing an additional coupon to get another oil change totaling $140 very disappointed in this experience and have yet to get my money back from either party

You have horrible service you dont contact your customers back and you steal their money for events that I dont even exist. Im going to screenshot this and put it public so that everyone will know not to deal with you. also, Im going to contact Legal services to see what I can do as far as getting my money back from you scam artist.
