I don’t want to rate Groupon because I have Nothing good to say
Debcarter15@***.com but I cant get anyone to communicate with me directly.
They can call and leave a message if Im unable to get to the phone in time. I will certainly call them back. Im extremely upset about this. A lot of money has been spent on canvases (I have 50 in my house) and have bought around 20 for others.
Im sending pictures of some of canvases I bought and display in my home. I also sent a copy of the last purchase I made. I have been a loyal customer for years and had to take a break because I couldnt afford to ship the Groupons I purchased for more canvases.
Needless to say, I have a lot of Groupons they wont let me get to.

Preferred solution: My account with the Groupon I have and purchased many Groupons which also allows a discount on more canvases. I have no idea how much money or how many Groupons they are keeping from me but it is numerous and I’m losing patience with them

I bought a voucher through Groupon and went to the salon to redeem it , but after getting my service I tried to redeem the voucher and my app showing server error , even though my money has been deducted by Groupon for my voucher. So I ended up paying upfront to the salon.
Basically I paid twice.
I want my money back. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

I purchased fishing trips for three separate days. The first day was for two people, while the other days were for three people.
The first two trips were cancelled due to weather. The marina contacted me by phone. The third trip was successful. Groupon, after numerous emails and chats, finally responded and then requested text message verification of the marina's cancellation, etc.
I eventually had to dispute this with my credit card company. Additionally, there is a best price guarantee and the Groupon price was around $10 more per ticket.
I showed proof of the Hubbard Marina price, which was roughly $10 cheaper, and they haven't responded to my email at all. They are deceptive and do not honor their word.

Groupon took my money, never got my product key code.
I waited 2 hours for the code to be sent via email, never got it.
Then I called and got a voice mail.

I can't get anyone on the phone to resolve this issue. I bought a duplicate of a Sam's Club membership for $70.
I cannot get a refund and have tried two times. And I'm on the phone again trying to get a hold of someone to resolve this.

I ordered two separate orders of the same product, but only received one order. Groupon has made it impossible to get a hold of them.
They suggest clicking on the purchased item and then clicking on 'email them' if you have any issues. I clicked on the email button, and it did absolutely nothing. There's no phone number to get in contact with them. They are making this absolutely difficult to receive the second half of my order.
I am attaching my Groupon receipt which clearly shows I paid for two separate orders at $18.99 apiece.
One order contains two packs and 120 tablets, meaning two orders should include four packs and a total of 240 tablets. I only received two packs, not the four packs I paid for.

User's recommendation: Absolutely do not recommend Groupon their customer service is possibly the worst I've ever dealt with making it impossible to get in touch with them I will continue until I either get a refund or get the other half of my order I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against them
