I could not redeem the voucher as they were closed. They are located in Vegas.
I can't cancel so I am forced to go to Vegas before May to use the voucher before it expires.
I can't get my money back or credit on my account. I would not recommend them as they don’t offer refunds, regardless of the reason.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I then tried contacting Groupon for a refund only to find out that since my request was not in their 3 day window for refunds I could not get one.
Then I emailed their customer support and explained the situation.
They refunded me in "Groupon Bucks." Again not what I wanted and they didn't even refund me my full purchase price. This was no fault of my own and they should have refunded me my full purchase price to my bank account, not to their service's credit.
Once I use up my credit, I will not use Groupon again and will make sure my friends know about this as well!!

Verified Buyer |I want my refund because it didn’t work
I went in Sams after purchasing the groupon went shopping. In the store over an hour just for me to leave with no groceries or gas.
I am not satisfied with this experience as a matter of fact it was truly embarrassing. I just want my money refunded because it was too much of a hassle.
I will just purchase the normal way. Please refund my $25.00

I have tried to contact this company in regards to a service I paid for, and they are constantly ignoring me. The company even lied and sent me an email stating I had cancelled. I want a refund and will never use Groupon again, and I will tell my friends and family never to use them.

I ordered a mattress on Groupon on the 5th of November they state its been delivered when you go to site still says in ship I contacted the company they seem very disinterested in resolving this for a big company they said it was delivered the 20th it still says out for shipping the response they sent on first occasion it was delivered 20th.greetings the second they sent an email with no proof of delivery the sent me the name address and product number. There no photo evidence where it was delivered to no remorse for the complaint it could have been delivered to anyone they havent showed me no legal documentation evidence where my mattress is its shambolic

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
I got Groupon funds after all but it took so much of my time and affort...
I wanted to reach the customer service but it was possible only through email and it was second day after I LOST MY patience first day when I could not get through with refund, at all.
I could not get chat with anybody accept AI, then it want me to pay 55$ for JUST ANSWER, to become a member !!
SUCH A BS !!!
So Groupon got from easy to solve problem , a little difficult to solve problem to night mare to get anybody to solve problem .
I even let the asistent /over the mail/ know that the business I got the deal is already closed for some time and I was surprise it is still offering on the main page of Groupon email !!! Unbelievable .

You can only communicate via text with the co. Their guidelines have many details to read through to make the appt.
I made a mistake with which Groupon ID number they needed and had complications finding my Groupon as well. It took time, since I was at work, to rectify the missing info. I have never been spoken to in such a deeming way from any company- I would love to attach their text, that implicates that I am stupid!! I went to my appt.
That was scheduled to find out the building is in a terrible section of town and is what I would call a very sketchy building. On top of that, the directions say to call when you arrive for your appt and I got their voice mail that states they do not take phone calls!!! I went to another tenant of the building to find out where Carpi Diem was located. I then also tried to text that I had arrived for my appt.
They responded that my appt was not booked into their calendar due to me taking time to get the correct Groupon # to them (within the same day). My drive was 40 mins.
I would like to request a refund of the Groupon. I in no way feel respected with the way Carpi Diem deals with their clientele nor do I feel safe in the building

Item was received broken broken broken. Tried to reach out about the item but Groupon wants to charge a fee to talk to them about the problem.
I am usually pleased with Groupon but not now. They have not refunded my money so therefore I will never order anything from Groupon.

I need a refund. I have 10 boys and they're trying to make us pay more money at the door that we don't have for each kid, plus purchase masks.
