Every time I send the requested information, I get someone else and have to keep starting the process over and over. The company is closed and I need the refund to be sent to the gift card that was sent to me.
This has been going on for 4 days now. Someone like a manager needs to contact me or I will contact BBB for fraud.

I arrived at my appointment on time; it's very far away for me and the retailer was a no-show. When I called her, she didn't even realize she had me on the schedule.
The place was closed.
Groupon marked my voucher as used when I did not use it. (See pictures).

You could first start by opening up your office or getting someone to answer the phone instead of going to a site and tried to talk to a robot about whats going on with the problem I was having I had just opened the Groupon for an oil change and the gentleman told me to give him my card and he charged me for the oil change and I told him that I had Groupon and he said I needed to fill it out little did I know that after I filled it out I would get charged for an oil change that I already had when I called my bank and told them that I had two charges from the Valvoline drive-through they told me to call you or talk to them. I went back to the Valvoline oil change and they told me they could not do anything about it to get a hold of you.
I spent over 45 minutes trying to talk to someone googling everything I could about you and never did get a response. The only response I got was I could pay a dollar and then for $46 a month I could get help this is totally ridiculous and your company is totally ridiculous , so now I have $64 taken out of my account and 80 some dollars for oil change not happy about this and think you need better ways to communicate

I purchased a Groupon. It's a 4-wheel alignment for my car.
I went to the shop and they said they don't do it. Groupon doesn't refund my money. No one even picks up the phone. It was a really bad experience.
I will never use Groupon again.
It's just a waste of money. I wasted $70.

I purchased a Groupon for 40 units at $350.00 for Botox at Pearl Laser Treatment in Boca Raton, Florida. I attempted to schedule an appointment and was informed that they do not accept Groupon.

I am a victim of buying two car wash coupons for both my cars. Both of them cost me $21.18, so basically, it's $42.36.
Everyone made money and I, the customer, lost my money as I tried to redeem the voucher.
I had a situation where my cousin died in a car accident, so I had to prioritize his death over getting a car wash. I've been to this place so many times and it just hurts that this is the way I am treated.

I called the number, and a voicemail came on. It said to handle this through Groupon Help, and that was it. They hung up.

Preferred solution: To cancel the Groupon and just give me Groupon bucks for what I paid for the Groupon. We don’t live near Las Vegas and we couldn’t use it when we were there because we had to leave to go home because my daughter passed away.

I can't speak to anyone. I've been trying to get a refund and nobody will answer the phone.
I still haven't received my money back. They mentioned something about a three-day period, but I responded as soon as I attempted to purchase it, and I still haven't gotten a refund. I have proof that I paid cash for it in-store.
I don't agree with how things have been handled. I'm not trying to get one over on anyone - I'm just a single mom trying to make ends meet.

Well last night I tried to purchase the Groupon deal for jevederm ultra 3 and it kept saying that its failed payment. So I called my bank and they wanted to make sure Im the authorized user who made the transaction and I told them yes.
So they told me try again to make the purchase in a few minutes and I did and it said it went through. When I went to my appointment they said the purchase didnt go through and I didnt receive a confirmation also. So I had to go through purchasing the juvederm again through Groupon and the price went from $274 to $339!!!
I was charged $59 more! Groupon should credit me the difference due to this inconvenience!

I went to the Wilderness Hotel in Wisconsin Dells and reserved two rooms. We saw bedbugs in both rooms.
A cleaning crew came and cleaned the rooms. They told us they had bedbugs just three weeks ago but thought they had gotten rid of all of them. I spoke to the manager, who looked at me as if I was crazy. I showed him pictures of the bedbugs in my room.
He said, 'Okay, I'll give you a different room since you're staying another night'. He told me to go to Groupon if I want my money back because they don't receive the money, Groupon does. However, he assured me I'd get a full refund. Then, he threw five dollars at me, but I threw it back at him and said, 'Keep your five bucks'.
I came home, took off most of my clothes outside and now we have bedbugs in our house. Thank you, Wilderness.
