Just I had a question about a Groupon that was refunded without me asking it to be refunded. I could not find any way to interact to ask a question.
I looked for a chat function on the website and could not find one. I found a phone number online to call.
When I called the number the message indicated that there is no way to actually talk to someone on the phone, but that I should chat with someone live on the website. I entered the website according to the instructions on the phone and got the same screen I went around and around in trying to find a chat feature.
Basically my issue is not resolved and there is either no way to actually contact Groupon to deal with it, or the way to actually contact them is so difficult, it cannot be found.
User's recommendation: Don't waste your time, Groupon obviously does not want to be bothered by its customers.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
