My experience I was scammed by a fake add on Groupon. What call I havent talked to anyone on the phone!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED BAD. THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY SO YOUR ISSUE ISN'T IMPORTANTTI THEM.
IT'S NIT THAT HARD TO HAVE LIVE REPRESENTATIVES FOR CERTAIN HOURS. BE WARE...IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD BUT IT WON'T ALLOW ME.
I purchased a 2 night stay at Great Wolf Lodge on Groupon thinking I was saving money. However, the actual website is cheaper so I tried to cancel and there is no way to do so. I cant cancel when I try to edit my order neither can I reach customer service.
