I was sold a membership I could not use because I had one time had a Sam's Club membership. NO WHERE in your description of the product does it say that you will not be able to use the product if you have ever had a membership before, I would not have purchased it, what a scam!!! I gifted it to my son but he could not redeem it either so I'm done with Groupon and I will contiue to warn others too.

Groupon would not connect to resolve my issue

I reached out to the merchant multiple times, both by phone and text as requested on a voicemail message. I reached out to Groupon for help.

I got a bot.

There was no person to speak with and am still out money. It is unfortunate that the company got too big for an actual customer service department to listen to a customer concern.
