No matter how good the service or product one must ask the question, how do I communicate with Groupon?
If you're satisfied with texts then go ahead. I don't and why Groupon refuses to have live telephone service is a fault.

For me, a major shortcoming.
So much so I'm not sure I'll ever do business with them again. I'm not comfortable dealing with a company that won't offer its customers a usual and expected amenity.

Bait and Switch

I have asked for a transcription of my conversation with the customer service representative. During the call, they the representative did offer me a cash refund.

To date, I have not received a transcript of the confirmation conversation.

The tickets that I purchased or vouchers that I got for the Brenden theaters there were four tickets when I went to use it I was told that they are not honoring the Groupon tickets and in trying to find out through Brenden theaters they could not help me we're not willing to help me so I went to Groupon try to get a hold of a live agent to speak over the phone with and there was no way I could get through this is very poor and bad customer service on Groupon's part to sell tickets to customers who will not be able to use so who gets the money I haven't gotten my money back I'd like to because I can't use the tickets so my question would be can someone there call me at my or on my cell phone 562-313-**** I'd like to get this resolved and if there's not a possibility of getting my money back then what's the purpose of me talking to anybody
