Very poor service. I went on the Groupon site, and it said that there were openings available on that Friday. I bought 2 massages and tried to book one on that Friday and was told that there weren't any openings until June 26th. Plus, she's only open 3 days a week. The Groupon site was not accurate on what her schedule is. I was told that it was more than three days since I purchased the certificates and they aere not returnable. When I tried to cancel over the weekend I got a message saying the service was not available to cancel.

It was clearly stated "hassle-free returns" within 3 days. I tried to contact them within the 3 days. No response either on-line or by phone or by on-line chat. I finally had to call my credit card company which immediately opened a dispute and said they would handle the refund.
