Not resolved

I purchased three Qualtry Groupons for a total of nine beanie hats. Had trouble with my order and called the company for help.

Answering machine read the answers to all their FAQs, none of which addressed my problem. No way to leave a message. Sent them an email. No response.

Tried ordering the next day; now they're SOLD OUT!!! Still no way to discuss with them. Tried to contact Groupon to see what to do. Went through their "Help" protocol and got to a page where I could explain my problem.

Explained what had happened and went to the bottom of the page to click on "Continue;" but the "Continue" button was shadowed out. Only choice was the "Back" button. Hit that and got the previous screen. Clicked on the button to explain my problem AGAIN.

Wrote it out AGAIN. "Continue" button was shadowed out, AGAIN. Only choice was "Back" button. You can guess what happened from there.

No phone number to call.

No way to explain my problem. I'm out all that money with no apparent way to get it back.

Product or Service Mentioned: Groupon Coupon.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $38.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: No previous problems prior to this unresolved issue.

I didn't like: Fact that i redeeming my groupon was impossible.
