1st thing -They no longer have a tel# to contact them.
Their option to contact them is so difficult to find.
When you do FIND IT they return your call but as soon as you answer it you receive a dial tone and the call has dropped. (I've been using the phone of 55 years, I don't need instructions on how to use it, which is one of the responses I received.)
You write them explaining the situation and their reply is; ' Go to contact page select contact us, give us your number and we'll call you back!" In essence: "Rope a *** I think it is done on purpose to discourage complaints, because they certainly are not concerned about looking into the difficulty with their system. I've requested speaking to someone and I get the same computer generated response: "Go to the contact us ....."
You get the picture? I'm through. GOODBYE GROUPON!
I'm probably going to get the same generated response to this from them.
If it matters: I recommend expressing your dissatisfaction by unsubscribing to their service, I will.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Have an Exec. person contact me not the nonfunctioning; 'call back option.'.
I didn't like: Nonfunctioning call back option.
