Groupon closed my account without notice. I chatted with their customer service and got my account reactivated, but the bucks were gone.

The rep on the chat couldn't give me the money back due to their policies, but said she would send my details to the account manager for a refund.

Didn't hear anything from them in a few days, so I contacted them via e-mail. The Groupon bucks were refunded the next day.

you can't get in touch with anyone there in the US and all their CS is outsourced to people who don't understand any issues. It is all scripted. CHat and callback's are both a joke. I will no longer be doing business with them anymore. They should be paying me to find bugs in their system. When you update your credit card it simply doesn't work. The security code will not take. Then it says it retrys and just fails. Call CS and they say try again! Okay so now I have 5 trys out there since I have been dealing with this for a week and at least 5 hours of my time. Ridiculous. Stay away, Asked 20 times for a call to my cell and never a call.

They are fine unless you have a problem. Purchased a GROUPOFF for NYC restaurant.

Owner would not honor without me using SEPARATE MENU. I don't do that. Voucher said nowhere that separate menu was part of deal. GROUPOFF giving me a run around and lots of hoops to jump thru.

Unless you are positive; DO NOT USE THEM. Imossible to reach.

Just a bunch of wise guys. I will sue them.

I'm having the same issue. Can't log in.

Cleared my cache and cookies. Even chatted with a groupon rep but he was not helpful. Just kept saying that he'll pass it along to this team of experts and get back in 24-48 hours.

What a joke. Why can't they just help now?
