Groupon - Total waste of time and money

They sold me tickets to field museum on a free day (for IL residents, we are). They took $109 of our hard earned money on Groupon and with an "all sales final" enforcement. They knew those days would be free and it would be madness there. I called Viator and they gave me 2 numbers to call and then told me to contact Groupon. Horrible companies and nothing but horrible customer service.

Groupon Has Bad Business Practices

It clearly states on line that Groupon bucks do not expire. As a courtesy bucks were deposited into my account. When I went to use them at a later date I was told they expire in 180 days! This is a clear discrepancy. When I called I was transferred twice to an office in Columbia. There was a language barrier. I did not get anywhere with speaking to customer service.

Groupon - Tips off Merchants

Groupon takes a 47% cut of what I have made in my 150 sales. Then takes weeks to pay ubfor the services performed. When u call customer service, all those reps dony know a damn thing, they send out emails to your representative who in turns nevwr responds or rerurns calls. They are getting to big and cant handle thier work load. The Cumsumer is getting ripped off and so it the Merchants!

Terrible customer service at Groupon

I paid for a service I never received. They told me I would be refunded. It has been three months and all customer service does is lie to me, despite the fact that I have a bank statement as proof of purchase. Terrible customer service. I will never do business with them again.

Each new rep in the chain asks the exact same questions and makes the exact same suggestions. Dealing with them is like being Bill Murray in Groundhog Day! Sam's Club C/S said that they get calls all day long from people paying for things that Groupon never delivers....
