I placed an order for four pillows but needed to amend my address as the door number was a digit out. This couldn’t be done!! They had to cancel my order credit my account. Tried to reorder using the credit couldn’t. Spent hours on online chat. Waited 35 minutes on phone fir someone to answer. Still not resolved. Shocking shocking customer service. I will NEVER use them again.

Groupon - Thieves

I was charged twice for 1 order. When I saw this on my credit card statement I called the customer service number and got a recorded message and no option to talk to any one. Had to chat with someone who was no help, they gave *** responses and lied about the double charge saying that the first one is an authorization. Ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Waiting to see where this goes. I do not recommend using Groupon, they are thieves.

Groupon - Has sent me the wrong item

Groupon has sent me the wrong item a couple times now and I don’t get the item I purchased they tell me I need to ship the wrong item back and they will give me a Groupon credit. I think they run out of the items and just send you garbage cheaper than what you purchase. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence.

Details
They sold me tickets to field museum on a free day (for IL residents, we are). They took $109 of our hard earned money on Groupon and with an "all sales final" enforcement. They knew those days would be free and it would be madness there. I called Viator and they gave me 2 numbers to call and then told me to contact Groupon. Horrible companies and nothing but horrible customer service.

It clearly states on line that Groupon bucks do not expire. As a courtesy bucks were deposited into my account. When I went to use them at a later date I was told they expire in 180 days! This is a clear discrepancy. When I called I was transferred twice to an office in Columbia. There was a language barrier. I did not get anywhere with speaking to customer service.

Groupon takes a 47% cut of what I have made in my 150 sales. Then takes weeks to pay ubfor the services performed. When u call customer service, all those reps dony know a damn thing, they send out emails to your representative who in turns nevwr responds or rerurns calls. They are getting to big and cant handle thier work load. The Cumsumer is getting ripped off and so it the Merchants!
