Groupon - Did not receive

Purchased a Shell Gift card on September 5 and did not receive it by September 18. E mailed Groupon and they said to confirm address. E-mail them back on the 20 to confirm address and again on the 24th and again on the 25th. Called headquarters and was told they resubmitted it on the 24th and it would take another 7 to 10 business days to get it. What a rip off this company is. Darn quick to take money out of my account but very lax in getting your merchandise to you. Very poor customer service representative. Girl could have cared less. Public be on the lookout for these robbers.
