The item i purchased arrived broken straight out of the box. Groupon said they would not be able to exchange or replace as the third party supplier does not do so.
I have stated to them that the contract of sale between us is with groupon and no one else. The fact that they use a shoddy third party supplier is not a consumers' fault. They have ignored emails thus far and i shall be making daily calls to them from now on till i get some kind of resolution.
This is atrocious customer service from a well known company. I guess no one knows how bad their customer service really is - basically non existent
