Not wanting to be too specific about the item, (personal) , I had paid $65.00 for a specific item, but was sent an item that costs only $14.00. It was 2 days past the expected delivery date, and now I'm unable to get in touch with customer service.
I've already sent numerous emails to Customer Service, but have yet to hear back from them. I've never had this trouble with Groupon before, and I shop them at least once a month.
This is unacceptable. I'm starting to rethink shopping through them anymore.
