I bought a six pack of AQS boxers. They arrived a month later when they should have arrived within 5-7 business days.
When they did arrive they had black permanent marker written directly on them describing the pack I bought which was pack 3. Only two pairs from six were ruined so I asked them to resend two pairs. There solution was for me to send back all of them for a refund and then repurchase the items which are now more expensive. The refund will take 10-14 days once they receive and I’m sure another month for delivery again.
This is complelty unacceptable and it’s obvious they don’t check their merchandise before they ship it and will absolutely do nothing for you when they made the mistake. I won’t be using Groupon again as they could of easily replaced them and sent it priority post to rectify their mistakes to keep customers.
