So I spent a total of a $140 with Groupon which was on the 9th.Got the Email that the payment was Successful but they didn't start receiving their payments until like the 13th.Now my Cashapp card has an Negative balance of $115 and I'm highly pissedIts totally not fair how I paid these ppl but here it is now the 22nd of april and my card still have a negative balance which is stopping me from making other transactionsI dont like how it only take 2-3 mins to make Transactions with these ppl but to get my Refund back it takes 7-10 business daysSince then I've only received 2 packages from them and the 1 that was supposed to be delivered today never came and my Tracking status went from out to delivery to changed to in transit.Then it's like when I try to reach customer support nobody is available.This was my last time Spending my money with Groupon and I'm done with them For Good!!!As A Customer who Spend Good money with them I would at least Expect Good Customer service in return

User's recommendation: Don't shop with Groupon they are Bad for Business!!!

Monetary Loss: $115.

Preferred solution: If I dont recieve my packages by Friday I want a full Refund .

Groupon Pros: Discounts.

Groupon Cons: Too much trouble to get product or money back.
