I paid Groupon for a eGift card to pap John's. The codes supplied did not work on Papa John's site.

When I descibed the codes to Papa John's customer service they said it was incorrect format. Mine was lettsers and numbers and a 5 digit pin, Pap John's said it should be all numbers. They passed me through to Groupon customer service for resolution.

I have now sat on hold for an hour waiting for a customer service rep to pick up phone. ANY savings I would have received for the pre-payment to Groupon has been wasted in the amount of time I have spent trying to get them to live up to their end of the bargain.

Product or Service Mentioned: Groupon Gift Card.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: $25 refund of what I paid Groupon, and $25 for the 1+ hour of wasted time..
