On November 7, 2013, I ordered a single carat black diamond ring for $199.00. Before I bought the ring, I did my homework and discovered it was a good deal. I had done business previously without issue.
It is now December 2, and I have no ring and no idea when or if the ring will be delivered. I email and call Groupon daily and receive the same story - they are checking into it. All they want me to do is cancel the order. I AM SO ANGRY!!!!
Why can't they find out where my product is and when it will be delivered? Is that so difficult?
