Groupon double and triple ordered some of the exact same items, and billed me for each. Including some things that I never wanted or ordered. Somehow they managed to order me:
5 sets of grey sheets,
2 blue comforters,
2 of the mattress toppers,
2 of the waterproof mattress projectors,
1 more set of grey sheets (diff style)
1 set of pink sheets
2 set of navy blue sheets
3 sets of beige sheets. I lost track of all the orders!
And did I mention that they have a very strict no-return/no-refund policy? !!!!!!
So today I reached out to Groupon customer support. They do not have an option to talk by phone, only by a chat box. The end result was that she requested all kinds of information(everything that is already on my order details) . Said I would receive an email after someone reviews it, she ended the chat....after I repeatedly said that I had more than one issue that needed discussed.
Then she locked me ot of my account!!
