I purchased several items from the website, 1 order I never received, Groupon was kind enough to refund me. No more than a week later, I AGAIN, do not receive my package.

I contacted Groupon via email because there is no phone listed to speak to an actual person... I state in my email that this is twice now that I didn't receive something I ordered. Their answer pretty much was "too bad, so sad". Given my order history, I for sure, thought they would see I was an active customer, ordered quite frequently and never complained of anything in the past.

They didn't care...

I will NEVER use Groupon again.... Amazon all the way.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $60.
