I cannot find a single way to contact CS any longer. Earlier this year (around April) I bought a Groupon for a restaurant that I didn't know was only open for dinner, and at that time was able to actually call & talk to someone on the phone who helped explain how to trade it.
I did & was happy. Now, I just purchased something that was "in process" and decided to cancel & get a credit. I got a confirmation that said I would be credited after 7-days after they receive the item back & they sent me a return-shipping label! - I DON'T HAVE THE ITEM!!...I now don't want the credit, either!
There IS NO CHAT available on the app or the website! When you call the number it says to reach a "live agent" do this or that, but there are no live agents. There's no email.
It's all a big frickin LOOP that keeps taking you back to the FAQ page with NO RESOLVE!! I'm one pissed off customer!!
...NOT using Groupon for "goods" any more...just oil changes & the like!
