I gifted my wife a nail and parafin dip at Dana Marie at Salon Concepts Cincinnati ohio. She can and made an appointment which was over 3 months away which she was told was the quickest available.
When the day of the appointment came my wife was called and told her flight was delayed and she wouldn't be back in time and they had to cancel and to call back to reschedule. After many many attempts she finally got them to answer... Once again the appointment was made for months away after the expiration of the gift. Once again they called to cancel it and said to call back to reschedule.
She never has been able to reach them again. When she called groupon and told the story they said the only thing they could do is escalate it since the voucher expired.. Talked to manager... the same story...
My wife does NOT want to go to this place after the hassle and groupon will NOT give a credit to us for this!!!! Since this is a vendor backed by groupon they should cove the credit to our account
