I saw that my vitamin order had not been shipped yet today. They are the green coffee bean supplements and after doing some online research I am leery about taking them, so I wanted to cancel the order.

I called the Groupon customer service line and requested a cancellation. I was told that they will not (not, can not) cancel the order because their policy says the customer has only two hours from time of making an order to cancel an order. This policy is ridiculous and because of their policy and their snide customer service staff.

I have decided never to do business with Groupon again. I will be returning other items right away.

Monetary Loss: $50.
