  • log in to your Groupon account;
  • go to My Groupons;
  • find the Groupon with your voucher;
  • click View Voucher;
  • click Print Voucher;
  • a redemption code should be displayed.

Purchase went to a wrong email. What can I do

According to Groupon Support, Groupon extended expiration dates of eligible vouchers due to Covid-19.

If your voucher was eligible for an expiration extension, you should have received a separate notification via email with a new expiration date. You can also check if your voucher expiration has been extended by heading to My Groupons where the expiration date will be listed next to your voucher.

As stated at ship24.com/, for local deliveries in the United States, it will take from 5 to 10 days to arrive at your home if you pay the standard services from the couriers.

According to the “What to Do With Your Expired Groupon Deals” article posted at moneycrashers.com, under the terms of Groupon’s Trade-In Program, you can trade in certain Groupon vouchers for Groupon Bucks up to two weeks after they expire.
When you trade in an expired voucher, your Groupon Bucks payment is equal to the amount you originally paid for the traded-in voucher – the voucher’s face value. You have 24 hours to use them to purchase a new voucher or vouchers.
If you don’t make any purchases with your Groupon Bucks within 24 hours, you forfeit your Bucks and the face value of your expired voucher is restored.

How can i access my groupon account to see how much credit i have.

Last year we had to cancel a weekend break because of covid which we purchased on groupon. We were given a credit for this it was at Great Hallingbury Manor order no:- 1200-08****-875351.

We just want to know how to access it. We have since ordered a rug of which we have received confirmation that it is in transit. We thought the price of the rug would have been taken off the credit. We checked with the bank today and it has been taken out of the bank account.

I would be grateful if you could sort this out. Thankyou.

  • Select Return your Package and print your prepaid mailing label. If you don’t see “Return Package”, your return may not be eligible;
  • Attach the label to your package and ship the item back to Groupon.

Returns shipped without a Groupon-provided return label may not be automatically provided as information will be missing to locate your account.
Please note returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receipt. If you purchased your item from a 3rd party merchant, you should contact them to process your return.
