Return request.

Hi, I bought a groupon for the BK lobster at Maplewood, Nj. I came to the restaurant and found out that the restaurant is permanently closed.

my Groupon will expire on March 20.

How can I get a refund? Please advise.

How to return and get a refund.

I ordered a jacket, was told my payment did not go thru. So I reordered on Groupon.

I was then charged twice and my Groupon bucks used. After lots of trouble I finally got the return label for the first jacket, sent it back by fedex and tracking number said delivered. 270065****20. Still no refund.

Then the second jacket arrived and I keep getting the same return label which of course will not work. I need that to return the second one and get my refund on it.

I am getting nowhere with Groupon or the merchant. I am ready to hire my lawyer unless this gets fixed

According to the 'How to Redeem a Groupon Voucher' video at youtube.com, to get the voucher number you should follow these steps:
  • log in to your Groupon account;
  • go to My Groupons;
  • find the Groupon with your voucher;
  • click View Voucher;
  • click Print Voucher;
  • a redemption code should be displayed.

According to the comments posted on reddit.com, Groupon does not return money back to the credit card. They only offer Groupon Bucks.

According to the Groupon Terms and Conditions, a merchant shall honor the vouchers for the merchant offering through the promotional value expiration date. After the promotional value expiration date, the merchant agrees to redeem the voucher for the amount paid indefinitely.
