After several emails back-and-forth with Jose, a groupon representative, I called the company and asked for a supervisor. I was continually given the same form letter response with no results.
I purchased a gift, for Christmas, for my daughter-in-law, that was defective. Jose kept telling me it was passed the 14 day acceptance policy and couldn't be returned. I explained that it was a Christmas gift and that was the reason for the delay. Once again, a form letter in return.
I called and talked to a representative and without any argument, he ok'd the return after looking into the request. My faith has been restored!
