I was charged 59.99 for oil change I didn’t order
I was charged for a Valvoline oil change I didnt order. I havent bought anything from Groupon since 2023.
I deleted their app from my phone in 2023 but received an email saying my Groupon was ready to be used for $59.99. I had to contact my bank to dispute it and also had to get a new debit card

They’re unbelievably incompetent.
I purchased MicroSoft OFFICE Professional 2024 less than 2 hours ago via Groupon. All I received was an Order Number and the word Purchased from them!
No instructions for download or anything. I have tried to get help via their website but thats a joke. Each time I try to get in, they say my password is invalid.
Then when I try to change it, they CLAIM to send a link, but as soon (within 2 minutes) as I set a new password, I get the message LINK HAS EXPIRED. This is horrible!

I've contacted 3 times and received no response back. I ordered a shampoo set, order number 1000-14****-350767, and only got the conditioner, no shampoo.
I finally did get a hold of Groupon through Instagram, and they sent my issue to their third-party merchant. When I checked back 2 days later, Groupon stated the merchant emailed me. I haven't seen the email, and it said I picked the option of just the conditioner. That is absolutely false.
First, there are many complaints from customers not receiving the full set, and also, why would I scroll down the list to pick just conditioner and pay full price on Groupon? What's the point? I sent Groupon a screenshot of my receipt from the order, and it clearly states shampoo and conditioner set. Nowhere does it say 33oz conditioner.
Anyway, Groupon says they cannot do anything about this, and evidently, they do not vet their third-party merchants for scams. Never again will I buy from them.

I recently purchased a Microsoft Office product and received a product key that unfortunately did not work. I submitted a refund request, but instead of processing the refund, the merchant sent me three separate replacement product keys, none of which are valid.
This experience has been deeply frustrating, and it raises concerns about the integrity of sellers on your platform. It appears that the current system may be enabling questionable merchants to take advantage of customers. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed urgently and that a full refund be issued as soon as possible.
I would also appreciate it if steps could be taken to investigate this merchant to prevent similar issues for other customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Groupon responded that the merchant was accepting the voucher, but no, they did not. I wrote back and asked for my original request for a refund or Groupon bucks, but they have not responded.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The retailer eventually honoured my Groupon after much back and forth - should never have been denied in the first place by the retailer
Zero customer service - impossible to speak to anyone over the phone
I have a voucher for a promotion that is no longer being offered - the voucher states that the face value never expires. I called the venue for a different service, a dinner reservation, and they said they would honour the voucher with no problem.
I made the dinner reservation and upon paying, they would not honour my voucher.
I am sending a copy to you. I paid full price for the meal and I would like a refund for the value of $90 from Groupon.

The refund process is horrible. They do not have anyone with whom you can speak live.
The assistant seems to be extremely similar to AI. I had a death in my army family and being the veteran that I am, I had to drop everything and rush to assist upon leaving prior. I booked two hotel rooms in Round Rock, Texas. I had to cancel those rooms as I started to deal with a near-death situation.
I canceled the rooms within 5 to 10 minutes of booking them. It has been down to 15 days of arguments; I have not been reimbursed money nor given a voucher to supplement the loss of the wages used. The total disregard and lack of respect, not only for the dead but a deceased veteran of the United States Army who served us dearly, seems to be all for nothing knowing that they have my money. They even have the audacity to tell me I was forwarded a penalty for the cancellation.
Be mindful when using this group; make sure it's exactly what you need. Ensure that there is some type of redemption or retribution for any discrepancies you may encounter because this is not the only one on Valentine's Day. My wife and I sat out and waited for our ride to a vineyard only to receive an email with a cancellation because the driver was sick.

Hi there,
I need a full refund for these two vouchers that I bought. The advertisement was misleading and fraudulent. It clearly stated that the voucher would never expire and only the promotional value would. However, when I was ready to redeem the voucher, the manager at Lumi Spa told me it had expired, which doesn't make any sense to me. I even messaged them directly on Instagram to ask whether the voucher would expire and they said it would never (I have proof of these conversations, but I don't know how to send them to you as there isn't an option to attach documents. If you could provide an email address, I can send them to you right away).
I also contacted them again to request the voucher be redeemed and offered to pay the difference since the promotion had expired, which I understood. They ignored my messages and did not reply. I'm reaching out to you for further help. I need a full refund back to my credit card immediately. Otherwise, I will file a dispute with the credit card department to report this further. It's misleading and fraudulent. Thanks, and I'm looking forward to your help and support. I'm currently very frustrated and disappointed.

They can call and leave a message if Im unable to get to the phone in time. I will certainly call them back. Im extremely upset about this. A lot of money has been spent on canvases (I have 50 in my house) and have bought around 20 for others.
Im sending pictures of some of canvases I bought and display in my home. I also sent a copy of the last purchase I made. I have been a loyal customer for years and had to take a break because I couldnt afford to ship the Groupons I purchased for more canvases.
Needless to say, I have a lot of Groupons they wont let me get to.
