Groupon not giving all info giving price then when you purchase you have to buy at least one product at regular price. I have no option for refund. Feel deceived , pissed so I have to buy something I totally don't need for double the price plus shipping.

Groupon - Has sent me the wrong item
Groupon has sent me the wrong item a couple times now and I don’t get the item I purchased they tell me I need to ship the wrong item back and they will give me a Groupon credit. I think they run out of the items and just send you garbage cheaper than what you purchase. This has happened too many times to be a coincidence.

Groupon - Total waste of time and money
They sold me tickets to field museum on a free day (for IL residents, we are). They took $109 of our hard earned money on Groupon and with an "all sales final" enforcement. They knew those days would be free and it would be madness there. I called Viator and they gave me 2 numbers to call and then told me to contact Groupon. Horrible companies and nothing but horrible customer service.
