Stop using their services.
Once I got a reply back, I noticed the calendar layout changed and now says "special event" I wanted to go to. Now that its been 3 days, I can't get my money back. Thats unfair that the website was inaccurate with description and decided to change calendar layout on "Flapperscomedy.com" and nowni feel robbed of the $20 i spent on Groupon.
I deserve my money back. Heres proof of 2 screenshots before and after changes were made when Groupon purchase was made.

They advertise promo codes but don't let you use them. They hard code in a lower promo code that gives half the discount you would get with the promo code they emailed you or.sbow when you log.in. they're doing this 1. To save money 2. Hoping you'll come back and spend more money.
All you have to do to figure out how they're doing this is look at their coding on their website or in their app. There's code in there specifically to apply their SAVEMORE promo code and coding to prevent users from removing that promo and adding ones like saveinmay or welcome which are 20% savings vs 10 % so this is what I wrote to them. Oh also there is no easy way to get a human on their site. It took me 30 mins to figure out how to get a page where I could write my complaint but then they give you the option to email or chat. I first chose email but I don't think that works because I got a message to click the chat icon on the right and a message telling me volume is high so wait time is approx 90 mins. I went out came.back pasted same complaint and chose chat this time. Surprise! Same exact message. But when you look at the page for the chat icon guess what? There isn't one! So how the *** are you supposed to EVER CONTACT GROUPON WITH ISSUES. That's why I'm following this advice "

- They were charged $25, then $25 shipping and a $38 monthly fee.
I ordered a medication here to save money, and after I ordered it, it immediately took me to another site that wouldn't let me exit until I filled out more information. All stated would be free shipping, and then I got a $25 charge on my card.
Now, I go to the site to register and get my medication, and now they want a $25 shipping fee, and the fine print says $38 a month membership. This seems like a complete fraud scheme and lies about cost misinformation—total con artist behavior.
If this were a person on the street, I would call the police. I would call them a gypsy, a crook.
