No refund for non services

Purchased a Groupon voucher but the business was not valid, so accepted a refund in Groupon Bucks. Then, I purchased a KC Beauty Academy Facial in January, called several times and they had limited days and hours, like two days a week.

The Groupon expired so I tried again and used Bucks again for a KC Beauty Academy Deep-Cleansing Facial, tried several times to make an appointment. Again, hours were limited and unavailable for months. Finally, on May 29, I got an appointment set up for June 9th, but I never received a text confirmation as promised. On June 8th, I received a phone confirmation then on the morning of June 9th, I received a text with a cancellation notice.

As we now know, many businesses use Groupon for promotional marketing purposes. These businesses have no intention of providing service at the discounted Groupon price. I informed Groupon customer service via chat three or four times, and also by email, including screenshots of my attempted calls and the cancellation text.

Once I submitted my proof, they went MIA and did not follow up. Groupon has become a huge channel for consumer scams; they do not make sure businesses are legit or that they provide sufficient access for buyers.

Well last night I tried to purchase the Groupon deal for jevederm ultra 3 and it kept saying that its failed payment. So I called my bank and they wanted to make sure Im the authorized user who made the transaction and I told them yes.

So they told me try again to make the purchase in a few minutes and I did and it said it went through. When I went to my appointment they said the purchase didnt go through and I didnt receive a confirmation also. So I had to go through purchasing the juvederm again through Groupon and the price went from $274 to $339!!!

I was charged $59 more! Groupon should credit me the difference due to this inconvenience!

Went and bought two packages for Hotel got bedbugs

I went to the Wilderness Hotel in Wisconsin Dells and reserved two rooms. We saw bedbugs in both rooms.

A cleaning crew came and cleaned the rooms. They told us they had bedbugs just three weeks ago but thought they had gotten rid of all of them. I spoke to the manager, who looked at me as if I was crazy. I showed him pictures of the bedbugs in my room.

He said, 'Okay, I'll give you a different room since you're staying another night'. He told me to go to Groupon if I want my money back because they don't receive the money, Groupon does. However, he assured me I'd get a full refund. Then, he threw five dollars at me, but I threw it back at him and said, 'Keep your five bucks'.

I came home, took off most of my clothes outside and now we have bedbugs in our house. Thank you, Wilderness.

Thank you, Groupon. No one has responded.

Merchant charging more than special and Groupon cannot be contacted

Bought mobile detailing group for $120. Added $70 for shampooing thru merchant.

He added tax and 18% gratuity. I canceled. He then told me I owed $32.72 for tax and gratuity on the Groupon. I told him tax was included in Groupon and gratuity was optional.

He continued to argue and send pictures of a piece of paper that said tax was not included in the Groupon, which was contrary to what Groupon stated online. He continued sending texts and was extremely rude.

I canceled my appointment as he was condescending and I did not want him at my home. I want me money back!

I got Scammed!

I had purchased a yacht ride in Miami for Mother's Day. When I got there, nobody had heard of the company, and nobody could help me because it was a scam!

I went to three companies; two out of the three had never heard of the company, and the last one told me to send the info to him. I sent it, and he relayed to me that this has happened before and that I should NOT BOOK THROUGH GROUPON AGAIN BECAUSE MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. I tried to call the company, and I had looked it up on numerous occasions, and there is no such thing as the MIAMI RENTALS OR WATERSPORTS COMPANY! I requested a refund through my bank because you guys didn't give me an option to refund it.

I have all the proof in my phone! I will never do that again, and I'm very upset because it's not often I get to get out and go out of town. With the evidence I have provided, please look at the dates & times.

I called multiple times and rode around looking for the company WITH NO LUCK! Not to mention I had to cancel my damn credit card to try to get my money back!

Before I went into the appointment I love you laser which is for my benefit to treat a condition of facial hair that I am experiencing I asked how long the session would be and I was told 15 minutes when I got there the session only lasted 3 minutes which included her put it on gel. Allah did not hold up her end of the contract with the session lasting 15 minutes and her attitude was totally unprofessional when I discussed this further on the phone with her after I went in I refuse to pay carfare to go love you laser where they are very unprofessional and lie just to make a dollar on Groupon.

Added screenshots proving that the JONESBORO location on my voucher is there when I look for availability to schedule an appointment but then when I click to continue it changes to MARIETTA. Those are *very* far from one another and just proves the location I was attempting to go to has been closed. Groupon needs to get it together and offer me a refund as requested numerous times.

I had purchased a voucher for myself for a facial and shoulder massage, and 'gifted' it to myself from my children for Mother's Day. I called the vendor to schedule an appointment and first off, was asked how I got the number because it was her personal cell.

I explained it was the number listed on the Groupon voucher.
Then I was told that she no longer practices at the location on my voucher, that location had closed down "a while ago" and they are now approximately 2 hours away! AND they no longer accept the vouchers anyway, even though mine does not expire until JULY of 2024. She said I could drive the 2 hours to her location which seems unreasonable when the voucher was for a local area (within 20 minutes). How relaxing is it to drive that far for a facial / massage?!?

Anyway, she suggested I contact customer service for a refund to let them know she was no longer at the location and not accepting the vouchers. Customer support takes their SWEET *** time responding and have been ZERO assistance. Their last email stated they were able to reach the vendor who said they are still in practice and accepting vouchers. MAYBE this is the case -but did you even confirm it's the location on MY voucher?

The vendor is LYING to one of us.

They refuse to provide me with a refund so now I'm out the money AND the facial/massage :( Pitiful site. Groupon sides with the fraudulent vendors!!!

I ordered product for hair Shimmer.me Blonde Kevin.Murphy. I've used this product before and I know exactly what it should look like.

The product was delivered in a damaged condition and cannot be used.

The liquid inside the bottle is cloudy, without any shine. The contents of the bottle form a thick sediment a few seconds after shaking. This is a fake product or a product that was stored incorrectly. I wanted request a full refund.

I have not opened the bottle, it is sealed. And now I cant send any requests to Groupon customer service because this page on the site not available all day.
