Groupon - Charged twice for tickets to baseball hall of fame.
My husband was charged twice for a groupon to baseball hall of fame in Springfield Mass. we purchased four tickets and the tickets never showed up in the email and the charge didn’t register. We recharged and got 4 tickets. This happened on Saturday the 13th.
I purchased 2 groupon spa packages of $250 each for a total of $500 on Sept 10, 2018. I was double charged and sent an email since you cannot speak to anyone (the phone number I found online directs you to a online site) even though I had NO RESPONSE from the email...Read more

Groupon - Double charge for one purchase
I my credit card was charge twice for just one purchase. I tried to get in contact with them and it was just impossible get anybody to resolve the issue. Bad service, scam. Beware it's a Groupon vendor's common practice!!
