On August 5th, 2024, I bought a syringe of Juvederm from a Groupon website promo, which cost me $369.00. The product provider's name is Luxe Esthetics Med Spa, remember this name.

It does not exist and it steals people's money. I tried to call for an appointment, but the number provided didn't exist; I tried at least 7 times. I contacted Groupon and reported that the business did not exist and asked for a refund; they asked me to wait for 3 days. Afterward, I got a Groupon email saying that the business was actually operating and they gave me a new phone number.

I tried the new number and again, a message said that the number was non-existent; their website address didn't exist either. Then, I contacted Groupon again, by app chat and emails, as they had discontinued customer service by phone. They, again, declined to refund me and instead, gave me another phone number which this time was answered by a woman who told me to make the appointment by text as she couldn't talk on the phone at that time; I followed her instructions. It was already September 16th, more than a month after the day I bought the Groupon, when I finally managed to communicate with this merchant.

I started texting and requested to make an appointment for Monday, September 23rd. She replied and suggested an appointment for Monday, September 23rd at 2:25 pm. I agreed to that time, and was told that to confirm the appointment I had to open my voucher and send her a photo of its number. I replied with a voucher cover photo and said I would open it after the service was carried out; she responded that the only way to secure the appointment was to open and photograph the voucher's number.

I complied, and after sending the photo, I never received a reply or appointment confirmation, despite continually requesting it by text. On September 17th, the day after, the $369.00 voucher was redeemed, thus, I was effectively robbed! Right then, I contacted Groupon and told them what happened, sending them all photos of my text messaging exchanges with the fraudulent merchant, Luxe Esthetic Med Spa (I realized its name is misspelled, now I see why it must be a fake venue), and asked them to prevent the voucher's redemption, remove the fraudulent merchant from their website, and refund my money. I was an 11-year Groupon customer, therefore, I was certain they would undo the theft I just suffered, especially because it would tarnish the reputation of their website.

Instead, I was astounded when asked to wait for 24 hours until an email would be sent to me with their resolution. Their resolution of what? I provided all proof that my voucher was stolen.

Groupon responded to me 2 days later, telling me that the voucher was redeemed on September 17th (duh! That's the theft I reported) and the case, which was completely dismissed, was closed!

I attempted to contact the fraudulent venue and Groupon at least 20 times since and tragically had to admit defeat and accept the fact that they, both Groupon and this Luxe Esthetic Med Spa, whoever they are, stole $369.00 from me, and Groupon legitimized the theft.

Groupon is the main villain in this unfortunate story, as I only bought the voucher because Groupon offered their bogus promotion. The worst part is that the merchant is still showing on Groupon, under a different address, still using the same name and promotions, but now, instead of Dallas, TX, the featured address is in Atlanta, TX.

Beware of Luxe Esthetics Med Spa and especially of Groupon. They are deceiving people!

I have reached out to Groupon multiple times, well before my three days of purchase according to the policy, expired. Despite this, no one even attempted to get back to me to help with my concerns.

If you purchase, make sure that you go through the app or the website within the three days, or they will be completely non-responsive. Recently, I purchased a Groupon deal for a hair service of balayage through Capelli Salon on November 8th. I wasn't able to use this Groupon because it did not fall within the parameters of what the service provided. It was a color correction instead of a balayage service and I reached out to you guys multiple times to try to either get refunded or trade for a different Groupon.

I would be more than willing to put it towards another service, but unfortunately, I have been unable to reach you guys. No one answers the phone or responds to the requests. It's really frustrating.

I'm a loyal customer and I can't get answers or a refund for my purchase, when I only plan on using it again towards another purchase through Groupon. Is this the way you treat your regular, loyal, paying customers?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I requested a full refund on my Groupon purchase because the business owner was out of the country. After several attempts to schedule an appointment, I was told that the owner would not be back in the country anytime soon and would not be able to perform the service.
I then tried contacting Groupon for a refund only to find out that since my request was not in their 3 day window for refunds I could not get one.
Then I emailed their customer support and explained the situation.

They refunded me in "Groupon Bucks." Again not what I wanted and they didn't even refund me my full purchase price. This was no fault of my own and they should have refunded me my full purchase price to my bank account, not to their service's credit.
Once I use up my credit, I will not use Groupon again and will make sure my friends know about this as well!!

I ordered a mattress on Groupon on the 5th of November they state its been delivered when you go to site still says in ship I contacted the company they seem very disinterested in resolving this for a big company they said it was delivered the 20th it still says out for shipping the response they sent on first occasion it was delivered 20th.greetings the second they sent an email with no proof of delivery the sent me the name address and product number. There no photo evidence where it was delivered to no remorse for the complaint it could have been delivered to anyone they havent showed me no legal documentation evidence where my mattress is its shambolic

I bought a restaurant deal on Groupon and second day I realized that the restaurant is for many weeks permanently closed. Unbelievable .
I wanted to reach the customer service but it was possible only through email and it was second day after I LOST MY patience first day when I could not get through with refund, at all.

I could not get chat with anybody accept AI, then it want me to pay 55$ for JUST ANSWER, to become a member !!

SUCH A BS !!!
So Groupon got from easy to solve problem , a little difficult to solve problem to night mare to get anybody to solve problem .
I even let the asistent /over the mail/ know that the business I got the deal is already closed for some time and I was surprise it is still offering on the main page of Groupon email !!! Unbelievable .

I took my kids to chuck e cheese on 7-4-2024 I order 2 60 minutes play pass for my kids . Groupon took the money fast $33.98 but they didnt send the code to redeem them so I had a hard time to get it.

I call the Groupon representative and he told me do it again I told him I hope I don't get charge for the second time gecsaid no but I Did another $33.88 was taking out from my account. Then the worst part was GROUPON NEVER SENT ME THE CODE FOR NONE OF THOS 4 CARDS WHICH NIW IT WAS A TOTAL OF $67.98. I EMAIL THEM 7-8 TIME GROUPON HASNT RESPONDED AT ALL AND THEY WERE SO QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY TWICE AND AFTER 2 WEEKS THEY FINALLY SENT ME THE CODE FOR ONLY 2 PLAY PASS CAR FOR 60 MINUTS AND THE OTHER 2 CARDS ARE STILL PROCESSING AND ITS now 10-3-2024. I JUST WANT MY FULL REFUND OF $67.98 I DIDNT REDEEM THE 2 CARDS BECAUSE ITS TOO LATE.

GROUPON IS RIPPING ME OFF BY NOT GIVING ME THE OTHER 2 PLAY PASS 60 MINUTES CARD WHICH I WAS ALREADY CHARGE FOR. THE FIRST ORDER INUMBER IS 159583**** AND THE OTHER ORDER NUMBER IS 159583**** this is still processing Groupon took my money out both of those order in total is $67.96. Groupon IS A BIG RIP OFF.

The Apple iPhone 11 Grade A that I purchased on October 10, 2024, was received late yesterday. When I opened the package, there was a noticeable scratch on the right side (mid-way to bottom) of the phone.

Grade A condition explicitly says that a Grade A refurbished device is in excellent condition, much like a brand-new device. I was connected via chat before regarding this issue and was asked to put in my credit card info to fix this; I am not responsible for this.

I would like a return label provided, as well as a new iPhone 11 replacement shipped. Attached is a pic of the iPhone received on October 17, 2024, with a scratch.

Groupon has actually emailed me today and informed the merchant that if they do not help resolve the situation, then they will hopefully either give me my merchandise or give me my refund.

Apparently the merchant didn't pay for enough postage so the package came all the way to Oklahoma City from Queens, NY and was shipped back due to not enough postage. I haven't heard back from either the merchant or Groupon. I used to use Groupon for years but apparently they are not good anymore to customers and I'm so pissed nobody has gotten in contact with me yet!

I had trouble reaching Simpli Salon, they would not return my call. The 3 day I cancelled my purchase which was 2 facials both under order number160********.

Then Groupon screwed me by only returning 1 of them. They were purchased on the same day for $135.00 total which came out of my checking account. I thought I cancelled them both on the same day bc they had the same order number but I didn't get back $135.00 I only got back 67.50. Half of my purchase!!

I have gone thru my bank and filed a dispute. Groupon says they returned my money but you only returned half..

User's recommendation: Do not use Groupon or Simpli Salon. Simpli Salon is not calling back customers even though it states you hat to hay an appointment. Then you can't ever get in touch with them for appointment. One of both of these companies are not beit fair. Bad business ethic.

I ordered a pack of Extra Large 2 men's gloves in black. When received, they are large. I sent a message to support and haven't gotten a response and it's been 24 hours!
