I purchased a Sam’s membership from Groupon in January 2022 and I was supposed to receive a $45 gift card & a members mark pie. However, I never received either item.

I contacted them thru chat several times try to inquire about the items but was unsuccessful. I purchased the membership before through Groupon when Sams was handling it and I did receive those items.

Since you can no longer call Groupon the chat has been very difficult to get those items. I can’t use Groupon for that reason!

Cannot sign in to my Groupon account.

Poor customer service

I’m done with Groupon

I had to contact the merchant directly due to inadequate customer support from Groupon. I will NEVER order anything again from your company due to your lack of customer service, including calling issues customers have pissed off customers how immature can a company be? Good luck in the future. Signed, A Pissed Off Customer!

User's recommendation: Do not do business with this company, someone thinks it’s appropriate to call customers who have true issues regarding the company “pissed off customers”, that should tell you everything you need to know!

I want to cancel a purchase and would like to do so on phone not with chat

I accidentally purchased twice. I do not understand my purchase and have been trying for two weeks. Can I please do this on phone as I am technically empaired.
