Would love to purchase something but it keeps saying something is wrong. It won't let me sign in and so I made a new password and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating!!!!

Purchased a flying lesson for my daughter. She was sooo excited but her birthday is during the winter so she wanted to wait until warmer weather to redeem it. Tried to redeem today (July) and discovered that the company website is unavailable and the phone number is disconnected. Went onto my groupon account and saw that at some point they "refunded" my money. Checked with my bank checking from my date of purchase through today's date and there was never a refund to my account. Checked my emails and there was never was never an email stating that this was cancelled. Now I'm out $100 and my daughter is out a gift.

Groupon - Horrible customer service

Details
The program itself messed up my purchase and then when I contacted customer service to correct it, they simply said "too bad, can't help you" I've never seen such poor online support. I could understand if I had done something that violated conditions, but I didn't. Groupon has so little companies that offer deals on their site, they can't afford to be losing the few customers that are left.

Groupon - Charged for item I viewed but didn't agree to buy

I was just charged for an item I never agreed to purchase. I wouldn't be angry but this is the second time in a week that it happened. The 1st time I tried to reach customer service was on Saturday. I got a message stating customer service was closed, call back Monday. I called Monday and was told customer service was only available on line. This time I tried to live chat, I got a message that there was no one available for live chat. I've tried 3 times to cancel the item I was charged for, I'm still not sure it worked. I did purchase something on Friday, before that its been since before Christmas last year, I had no problem at that time.
