Hello! I'm a Groupon customer and I purchased six Universal tickets to go to Orlando.
Instead, I got Hollywood tickets, but I ended up never using them. This is because I had to go with my family to Disney. I'm trying to get a refund in the amount of $858.00 or credits for future purchases. I notice that you guys have already redeemed the tickets, despite them not being used.
They expired in December 2024.
Please, I would like to get a response back. Thank you so much.

OK, I am first time user
I purchase two aviation museum tickets
I waited to receive by mail, but I did not so I went back to website and continuously guided me to
my Groupon account
And when I go there my ticket isnt there its empty
Theres no other way to ask questions or any way to get help
The whole system is very inconvenient
None of the phone numbers work
I called my credit card company
It has been charged on my account
I have not received the bill yet for me too send proof to you yet

NI bought 2 concert tickets and Groupon has given me a hard time getting my tickets in my new email account because I dont have access to my old email account anymore so now today is the concert and I dont have any tickets to go after I already have paid for them! Limp Bizcuit concert is today and now Im not going then Groupon tried giving me some points yet they still sent it to the wrong email address so they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THEY KEEP SAYING THAT I CAN CHANGE MY EMAIL TO GET BACK INTO BUT IVE TRIED THAT AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE AND AGGRAVATING SO I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT AS A LOSS AND TAKE MY BUSINESS AND MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Hello Customer Service,
I paid $160.50 for a 2-night stay at Holiday Inn, St. Charles Street, New Orleans, LA. My arrival was on 7/28/24 and checkout on 7/30/24 through Groupon.
Upon checking in at the Holiday Inn at 10:25 PM, after 20 hours of travel by train, my reservation through Groupon was denied by the hotel. I was required to pay $92.80 for that night which I had previously reserved through Groupon at a discounted rate for 2 nights. I'm requiring reimbursement of the total amount of $160.50 and an additional $92.80, which I should not have paid, since my reservation was already confirmed for a 2-night stay. I should not have been burdened with additional cost, after remitting payment to Groupon for that night upon checking in on 7/28/24.
Today's date is 7/29/24. I will not be able to stay at the hotel I paid for through Groupon due to the financial burden this has placed upon me. I'm a homeless female US Army Veteran, with a fixed disability pension. This has caused me a great deal of stress in loss of time and money. Bought mobile detailing group for $120. Added $70 for shampooing thru merchant.
He added tax and 18% gratuity. I canceled. He then told me I owed $32.72 for tax and gratuity on the Groupon. I told him tax was included in Groupon and gratuity was optional.
He continued to argue and send pictures of a piece of paper that said tax was not included in the Groupon, which was contrary to what Groupon stated online. He continued sending texts and was extremely rude.
I canceled my appointment as he was condescending and I did not want him at my home. I want me money back!

I'm at Chuck E. Cheese, standing at the counter, showing them the barcode.
I accidentally swiped to redeem Groupon.
Now it shows 'redeemed', although I never used it. They are not letting me use it because it's marked as redeemed and the mistake was seen.

Someone is scamming me with my money, either the merchant or Groupon, and I need my money back. The voucher was never redeemed and there's no merchant to respond to that. Groupon is not giving me a reason why.
