I did a Groupon purchase yesterday mistakenly for the wrong location. I asked for a refund, and they gave me a credit as opposed to refunding my money back to my account.
Luckily, I was able to still continue with the service that I was trying to purchase. Needless to say, the Groupon did not work in my area.
It claimed that I had already retrieved a Groupon in reference to that service, which was bogus as well. I need my refund back to my account.
- That groupon does not refund you the way that you were charged instantly with a full cash refund

User's recommendation: You should automatically refund the way the card was charged or how the card was charged or what card was charged not refund a credit. It’s not professional and it’s very disheartening.

I purchased 5 tickets on sale through Groupon and had until the 5th of this month to use them. On the 5th, I got my kids ready and car packed, only to get there and not be able to find the tickets. But I clearly have a receipt on my bank account where I paid for them.

Don't use Groupon.
No contact from Groupon. Still waiting for a resolution!!
I've been scammed for over $200. When purchasing the tickets the rules are unclear.
They told me to pick a date to go and I did and then they told me that that date was invalid I was supposed to go another date which was never specified anywhere.
And they marked my tickets Redeemed. I never got to use my tickets for myself and my grandson and nobody will talk to me to resolve this issue I'm very very upset.

Preferred solution: Tickets for just one day for myself and my grandson. Don't care about 2nd free day. I paid over $100 for each and didn't get to use them and Groupon marked them Redeemed. Its BS!!

Really??? Ordered an item. Could never find the item. Months later got an email item was going to expire.
Still could not find item. Found billing for item. No Item. Charged.
Nothing. What to do.

Attached photo shows the a $20,00 transaction was placed on my account for a $20.00 GroupPon coupon for a Sam's Club membership that I was not receive.
I would greatly appreciate a $20.00 refund on this matter.

I purchased a paddle ticket and never received an email for the code. I can't get to the voucher number, but I see my charge. I want to be credited back, please, to my card.

The merchant is a liar and Groupon is not giving me back my money
The merchant is lying to you and lied to me. She said she never even posted that on Groupon.
I drove for 4 hours that day, 2 hours there and 2 hours back. She denied me the service that I paid money for through Groupon, and she's lying to Groupon when they tried to contact her about giving me back a refund. Do not use Groupon and do not go to this woman.
I am also posting a picture of the woman's building. If you wind up here, do not go inside.

I bought a $61 Groupon deal about a bowling alley and never got my vouchers sent out. I paid for it via Affirm, and they've scheduled me for payments already on such charge. I reached out to them, and they advised me to contact Groupon first to see what happened or get a refund on the charge.

Unable to locate my 4 tickets $144.00 for Billy Idols concert on 9/25/25
Groupons should be able to locate customers vouchers with tickets scans they emailed out. Mine just vanished.
I want my vouchers tickets or my money back of $144.00. My friends are upset not being able to go to Billy Idols concert this Thursday 9/25/25. I bought 2 tickets on 9/11/25 no problems. Received email with voucher 2 tickets.
Bought the 4 tickets right after the 2 tickets. Never never received emails. Lost in space. Groupons been looking for almost a week & nothing;(.
Been emailing Groupons almost everyday. They say it could take 48, 72hours or a week to resolve this problem.

I really don't know if I can advise someone to trust the company ways of solving problems. Cause until now no one contact me to replace tge product i bought or refund my money. I lost my trust on Groupon and it was my first purchase..
I purchased an item with you on August 29, and until now, I haven't received anything. I'm trying to reach you, and it's difficult.
I really feel bad and am losing confidence in Groupon's online purchases.
When I try to call or send an email, I can't. You keep calling with no answer; you go to an app to ask for a refund or inquire about the items with no satisfactory answer.

My Groupon was denied by the merchant and i submitted the screenshot of it to Groupon and all they replied was that the merchant accepted Groupon which they still didnt accept. All i wanted was a refund for it which i didnt receive. They dont even have a customer service through phone.
