Purchased a $29 Groupon for a custom embosser, "a $59 value." Redeemed the voucher on the merchant site (rubberstamps.com) only to find out the items available via the Groupon were VERY limited, and the normal, everyday price is—get this!—only $25! So essentially Groupon OVERCHARGES for a voucher that can be used ONLY on an item with a value LESS THAN the amount paid for the Groupon. Whose idiotic math is this?!

The "value" of the Groupon is a mystery until the voucher is purchased, because you need the code generated by Groupon to enter and be taken to the merchant site for redemption. The code brings you ONLY to a specific set of products—the least expensive ones at rubberstamps.com. I'm thinking these two entities are in bed together and intentionally scamming the public.

A COMPLETE JOKE. Their "customer service" is non-existent and does NOTHING to assist, if you can get in touch with them. If you buy things from Groupon, you might as well kiss some of your money goodbye. You've been warned.

GROUPON COMPLETELY SUCKS (rubberstamps.com isn't great, either, as they're allowing this thievery)
