Tried to buy something small for only $30 (a Sam's Club membership). Site kept rejecting my card, saying "your billing information is incorrect".

I verified that it was correct with the bank. Only C/S is by "chat" and all of the chat reps have Indian names (that alone should tell you something). A different rep responds every time you answer their response to your request; there's no consistent thread, so nothing gets resolved. Each new rep in the chain asks the exact same questions and makes the exact same suggestions.

Dealing with them is like being Bill Murray in Groundhog Day!

Sam's Club C/S said that they get calls all day long from people paying for things that Groupon never delivers. Their BBB report shows 96% negative reviews and 4,414 customer complaints!
