I purchased a groupon for a local experience. The direction stated to view my voucher in order to receive my code, then go to the companies website to book my appointment.

I did exactly what I was supposed to do to redeem my voucher, well the event was completely booked. So now I have a useless voucher. I reached out to groupon, which is a joke, and was told because I viewed the voucher I would not get a refund. Really?

I guess I was supposed to know the event was booked....horrible service. There is no way to actually speak to someone and the website is a complete waste of time.

I feel a small refund to keep a customer happy is not a lot to ask. I will never purchase another groupon.
