I ordered two products for my little boys birthday.They sent me an email saying that they sent them both the same day.

I received a package and both of the items I ordered are listed on the packing slip, yet only one of the items is in the package. They charged me and didn't send me what I paid for. When I went to their site, their site said that I received my shipment. I have looked everywhere on their site to try to find a contact phone number or email and there isn't one.

There is no way to contact customer service. So there is no way to solve the problem.

Their site only has a FAQ section that sends me a link to my shipment status that claims I received my complete order.Will never use again.
