I've been doing circles with them for almost a month.They owe me $31 and they said they refunded a card and a checking account.

This card is expired for over a year and the checking account closed a year ago when I switched banks. I had uploaded new info to Groupon, but they stupidly somehow refunded a closed account, and they will not correct this issue. They just keep running me around in circles... They tell me they can't help me and I have to now fight my old bank for my refund.

.... I shouldn't have to fix Groupon's screw up. They should reverse the refund from the closed account, and put the refund on my new card.

I updated all of this info into Groupon over a year ago.Their customer service is HORRIBLE.

Reason of review: refund not processed.

Monetary Loss: $31.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Do not do their job correctly.
