I was charged twice for 1 order. When I saw this on my credit card statement I called the customer service number and got a recorded message and no option to talk to any one.

Had to chat with someone who was no help, they gave *** responses and lied about the double charge saying that the first one is an authorization. Ended up having to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Waiting to see where this goes. I do not recommend using Groupon, they are thieves.
