Purchased a brewery tour voucher at Port Jeff.I live a few hours away and was taking a day trip.

Voucher specifically said contact the business by email AFTER purchasing. I emailed the business and they were unable to accomadate me the day I was traveling there. By the time this exchange went on it was over the three day return period. Contacted groupon support by chat as it was all I could reach.

Told me that they could not refund me but I could give it as a gift (I live in another state and do not know anyone that lives there).

When i offered to provide email screenshots of the conversation of the business not being able to accommodate me they said no, as no matter what I wouldn’t get my money back, even as a credit.I was extremely upset by this and have told everyone I know to not purchase from groupon any more, as their return policy is horrible and not in favor of the customer.
