I purchased a 2 person deal from groupon (senses hair & beauty saloon), according to the T&C, customers have to fix appointment a minimum of 3 days before, and indeed I booked a 3 days before, I called on tuesday afternoon and fixed appointment for Friday afternoon 3:00pm... on Friday due to traffic jam we were 10 minutes late and arrived at 3.10pm.

The receptionist was very very rude and said 'your late and have to cancel the appointment!!!' Me and my friend were dumbfounded, we were only 10 minutes late and no it did not state in the T&C that customers will be treated rudely and chased away because they were 10 minutes late!.

As we specifically took half day leave from office and travelled over 20km in a very bad traffic, the least they could do is tell us politely but no... they were rude and said 'we got no time for u', never have I been treated like that in my life.

Monetary Loss: $150.
