I've placed order with this company in the past but they've changed. I ordered a personalized item that said would take about 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks, I called them and was told the item had been delayed, when it got to shipping, they refused to ship it because it wasn't right. It was over 6 weeks before they shipped it and it was messed up and didn't work when I got it.

In the past you could contact customer service at Groupon, now you can't. No place to e-mail them, the phone number I had from before is no longer working and it mentions chat, but I sure can't find it on their site.

This item cost me over $50.00 with shipping.

It's now to the point where it's just not worth the time, effort and aggravation to beat my head against the wall to get any satisfaction for this rip off.

Product or Service Mentioned: Groupon Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: I like their customer service in the past, Website.

I didn't like: Customer service is now unreachable, Customer service and that they ignore emails.
