I had to argue with 3 different customer service people about a piece of junk phone charger that died after 2 months.They said they wouldn't refund or exchange since it was after the first 14 days.

Then she hung up on me! Their stuff is dollar store (Walmart) junk. SERIOUSLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. I had to file a grievance with American Express, and I won.

It should have been refunded or exchanged before I spent way too much time to get back $29.I have bought some decent items from Groupon, but now I will never buy from them again, only because the customer service was so terrible.
